Wholesale & Export Information (Incoterms® 2020)

All pieces are designed and manufactured in Brazil, following quality control standards.

Shipping & Trade Terms

  • International shipments are primarily made by air freight via DHL.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are conducted under DAP – Delivered At Place (Incoterms® 2020).

Under DAP Incoterms® 2020:

  • The seller is responsible for export clearance, international freight, and delivery to the destination address.

  • The buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, import duties, taxes, VAT, and any local charges imposed by the destination country.

Additional Export Conditions

  • All shipments are accompanied by commercial invoice and export documentation, in compliance with international trade regulations.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and local import regulations.

  • Products are intended for commercial resale or retail distribution, as agreed between the parties.

  • Any alternative Incoterms (such as EXW or DDP) may be applied upon prior agreement between buyer and seller.
