Exchanges for international orders are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped.
All international shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place – Incoterms® 2020). Under these terms:
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs procedures, import/export duties, taxes, and local fees
No exchanges will be processed if the buyer refuses to pay import charges or complete customs clearance
Products held, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities are not eligible for exchange
Requests for exchange must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the delivery date, accompanied by photographic or video evidence, and must receive prior written authorization.
