Return and Refund Policy

International Orders – DAP Terms

International orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place – Incoterms® 2020).

Under these terms:

 

  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer

  • No refunds will be issued for delays, holds, rejections, or returns caused by customs authorities

  • Orders will not be refunded if the buyer refuses to pay import charges or complete customs clearance
